Mrs Baird's The Road to River Falls Official Rules

The "Mrs Baird's The Road to River Falls" promotion (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), which owns Mrs Baird's. The Promotion shall be solely judged by QuickSilver Interactive Group, Inc. (the "Judge"). All decisions of the Judge regarding this Promotion and these Official Rules are final.
The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Central Time ("CT") Monday, May 19, 2008 and ends 11:59 PM CT Sunday, July 13, 2008 (the "Entry Period").
Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Wyoming who are 18 years of age or older on May 19, 2008.
Employees of the Sponsor, the Judge, any other promotional partners involved and Independent Operators of the Sponsor and all members of their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings) and their households are not eligible to enter or win the Promotion.
This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. All entries, whether submitted online or via mail, have an equal chance of winning.
How to Enter
You may enter in two ways, via mail or online:
(1) On a piece of paper write your full name, home address, home city, home state, home zip code, home phone number, e-mail address, and birthdate, and place in a #10 business envelope and mail it to: Mrs Baird's Road to River Falls, P.O. Box 191427, Dallas, TX 75219.
Mail-in entries, which do not include all information as stated in these Official Rules, will not be accepted and will not be eligible to win. Only one mail-in entry per person will be eligible for the drawing, as determined by name, address and/or unique e-mail address. Multiple mail-in entries by the same person may result in the disqualification of all entries by that individual.
(2) Go to http://www.mrsbairds.com and click to view the Mrs Baird's Road to River Falls promotion where you can enter by completing the online Entry Form.
Only one (1) entry per person, both online and via mail, will be accepted.
All online entries must be submitted with a valid and active e-mail address that may be identified with a natural person by appropriate independent means, including, without limitation, reverse domain name lookup. Online entries will be declared to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address submitted on the online entry form.
Potential winners may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, "receipt" of any online entry will be solely determined when the contest Administrator's web site server records the entry data. Any automated computer form reply or receipt (such as one confirming delivery of email) does not constitute actual receipt by Administrator of an entry form for purposes of these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, computer malfunctions, telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions and any other technical difficulties.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned to the entrant.
Entrants are required to provide truthful information and the Judge will reject and delete any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Judges may disqualify and remove any entry received from persons known to be younger than the minimum age requirement specified for this contest, especially those under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.
Prize Details
Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.
Prize includes a trip for four (4) persons, including hotel accommodations and the use of one rental car to the Kansas City Chiefs Training Camp in River Falls, Wisconsin, August 1, 2008, through August 3, 2008.
Specifically, the Prize consists of:
- Four (4) round-trip airfare tickets on Midwest Airlines from Kansas City International Airport to Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport, leaving Kansas City on Friday, August 1, 2008 and returning on Sunday, August 3, 2008.
- Hotel Accommodations – Two (2) double occupancy rooms in River Falls, WI, good for two (2) nights, beginning August 1, 2008 with check out on Sunday, August 3, 2008.
- Car Rental of one car for three (3) days and two (2) nights with required pick-up on Friday, August 1, 2008 and return on Sunday, August 3, 2008.
Winner is responsible for travel expenses to the Kansas City International Airport and for any additional expenses incurred other than for the specific elements of the prize detailed in these Official Rules. Winner accepts full responsibility and liability for rental car.
No substitution of this prize will be allowed and no cash equivalent will be offered. The prize will be awarded in the name of the winner only and may not be transferred. Exact value of the prize is $2,590.93.
Prizes and product features as described may change without notice. Prize details not specifically set forth herein are at the Sponsor's sole discretion. All applicable taxes, including but not limited to, federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. As required by law, the Sponsor or Judge will file the appropriate documents with the IRS.
No prize may be substituted for cash or alternative prizes or services unless specified in these Official Rules. Prizes will only be awarded in the name of the winner and may not be reassigned.
Deadlines
The Promotion begins at 12:01 AM Central Time ("CT") May 19, 2008 and ends at 11:59 PM CT July 13, 2008 (the "Entry Period").
All mail-in entries must be post-marked by July 13, 2008 and received by 11:59 PM July 17, 2008 in order to be eligible.
All online entries must be received by 11:59 PM CT July 13, 2008 and dated on or prior to that time. Judge's computer is the official clock for the Promotion.
Entries received after the deadlines stated in the Official Rules are void and will not be eligible.
No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor, Judge, their respective subsidiaries, parents, partners, Promotion sponsors, or the employees of same for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries or for any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur, nor for any delay in the delivery of e-mail or mail.
Winner Selection
The Grand Prize winner will be chosen by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. A total of one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The drawing for Grand Prize will be held on or after July 18, 2008
Drawings will be made by the Judge, whose decision is final with respect to all matters related to the Promotion. Selection is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all conditions as stated in these Official Rules. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. All entries are subject to verification by the Judge.
Notification of Winners
The winning entrants will be notified via the e-mail address provided on the entry submitted in the Mrs Baird's Road to River Falls promotion. The Judge will be the only organization, which will contact winners and on first notification, no information will be required of winners than that which was entered on the original Promotion entry form. The Sponsor, Judge and promotional partners are not responsible for e-mail which is not delivered due to faulty e-mail systems, failure to check e-mail, spam filters, or e-mail blocking mechanisms used by the winner.
After notification, if a winning entrant does not respond within 48 hours, or the time period specified by the Judge at the time of contact, the Sponsor reserves the right to direct the Judge to pick an alternate winner.
All winning entrants will be required to complete an written Affidavit of Eligibility and a Waiver and Release form before a prize can be officially awarded. Failure to complete and agree to the Affidavit of Eligibility and Waiver and Release documents will result in disqualification. The Affidavit of Eligibility must be notarized for the winning entrant to be eligible. Failure to complete and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Waiver and Release within four days of notification of possible winning will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Additional Terms
Every entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. The Sponsor, Judge, their affiliates, advertising, public relations and promotional agencies, general and limited partners, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents and their employees and the Independent Operations of the Sponsor assume no liability or responsibility for the prizes once they have been awarded to the winning entrants. Additionally, each winner shall hold harmless the Sponsor, Judge, their affiliates, their advertising, public relations and promotional agencies, participating sponsors, promotional partners, general and limited partners, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents and their employees against and waive any and all claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the Promotion or any prizes awarded.
Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend this Promotion should one or more computer viruses, malicious computer code, non-authorized human intervention, or other causes beyond their control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to make changes in the Official Rules of the contest, including substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement, without the requirement to notify entrants or others.
Copies of these rules will be available at http://www.mrsbairds.com or by mailing a self-addressed stamped #10 business envelope along with a request to "Road to River Falls" Rules Request, P.O. Box 191427, Dallas, TX 75219; and received no earlier than May 19, 2008 and no later than July 25, 2008. A listing of the winners of prizes may be obtained by mailing a self-addressed stamped #10 business envelope along with a request received after August 1, 2008 but before January 31, 2009, to Mrs Baird's "Road to River Falls" Winners Request, P.O. Box 191427, Dallas, TX 75219.
Sponsor, Judges and Promotional Partners are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Promotion, or in the announcement of a prize.
